Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product quality standards and specifications.

  • Streamline product development processes through data analysis and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and returns to enhance product performance.
  • Maintain detailed quality assurance records and metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Quality Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years as a specialist.
  • Proven experience in product testing, hardware/firmware design, and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
  • Previous experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
  • Vendor management experience is an asset.
  • ERP system knowledge is a plus.
