**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cable systems including Ethernet and telephone lines.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform installations and repairs effectively.
- Conduct tests on telecommunication systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Document all work performed, including installation details and service reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to cable installation and maintenance.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Ethernet installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with low voltage wiring and telecommunication systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and computer networking principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
