As a Dispatcher for our overnight graveyard shift, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, dispatching drivers and equipment, and maintaining open communication with clients and colleagues. Attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsible communication
- Answer inbound calls from clients inquiring about impounded vehicles and assist customers at the front counter picking up their vehicles
- Maintain open communication with fellow call takers, dispatchers, and management
- Plan and prioritize all calls efficiently, optimizing the use of equipment and drivers while meeting service expectations
- Continuously monitor drivers and equipment, ensuring accurate recording of times and clearing
- Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations
- Remain calm, collected, and able to maintain composure under pressure

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Experience in dispatch or customer service roles is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
