- Collaborate with management to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate safety meetings and workshops to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Fabricate necessary safety equipment or tools as required to enhance workplace safety.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

**Skills**
- Strong fabrication skills with the ability to create or modify safety equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for effective training development and employee engagement.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for conducting audits and inspections.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to promote a culture of safety.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools for tracking compliance metrics.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards is preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
