Rangi Brothers Logistics Inc. is looking for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

The Safety and Compliance Coordinator will develop and implement programs and policies to address fleet maintenance and safety, driver safety and ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driver hiring and onboarding and driver training and orientation.
- Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Ensuring all documents are up to date; for example current valid Driver license copy, FAST Card, Passport, etc.
- Monitor and review HOS compliance and accuracy, detect violations in ELD and paper logs and take appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and US laws and enforce company policies and take disciplinary action when policies are violated
- Manage and supervise all trucks and trailers have all related documents, authorities, permits, and plates updated in the document binder.
- Licensing and permitting Commercial Tractors and Trailers
- Manage and maintain all tractor and trailer maintenance files. Make and the PM and Annual inspection schedule and ensure compliance with company's maintenance policy.
- Review and follow up on any infractions, claims, convictions, incidents, and accidents as they occur.
- Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise.
