**Position Overview**
We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented **Residential Window Cleaners** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services at residential and small commercial properties across Calgary.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean windows using industry-standard techniques and tools (e.g., squeegees, poles, cleaning solutions).
- Remove dirt, debris, and smudges to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients to address any concerns or requests.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
- Ensure all tools and workspaces are clean, safe, and well-organized.

**Qualifications**
**Required**:

- Previous window cleaning experience.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with ladder.
- Willingness to purchase your own window cleaning equipment ($100).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
