**Duties**
- Perform window cleaning services for various types of buildings, including residential homes and commercial facilities.
- Utilize both hand tools and power tools effectively to clean windows at various heights. (no ladders and heights until certifications attained)
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or upkeep related to window cleaning.
- Handle heavy lifting as required when moving equipment or accessing hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Must be capable of performing long periods of sustained effort throughout the workday.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures while working at heights.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
