We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are spotless and streak-free, providing our clients with a clear view and enhancing the appearance of their properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows using squeegees, scrapers, or other cleaning equipment
- Wipe down window frames, ledges, and tracks to remove dust and debris
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment when working at heights
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and address any concerns

- Custodial skills: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Commercial cleaning: Experience in commercial window cleaning is preferred but not required
- Power tools: Familiarity with using power tools such as pressure washers or power scrubbers is a plus
- Hand tools: Proficiency in using hand tools such as squeegees, scrapers, and brushes for window cleaning
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Facilities maintenance: Basic knowledge of general facilities maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Heavy lifting: Ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as required for window cleaning projects

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
