**Position**: Restoration Estimator

**Reports To**:General Manager

**General Description**

The Estimator will work with Insurance Adjusters, Reviewers, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. The Estimator will write the estimate with accuracy and efficiency.

**Nature & Scope**

Performs a variety of in duties including:

- Review Project Managers scope to create accurate estimate in Xactimate
- Work with the Compliance Manager to ensure timelines are being met for estimate upload times
- Complete estimate revisions within 48 hours
- Strong understand of all Insurance Companies estimating guidelines
- Complete all estimates and send to Project Manager and Compliance Manager for review and approval
- Reply to adjuster and reviewer notes in Xactanalysis within 48 hours

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:

- Proficiency using Outlook, Encircle, Xactanalysis, and Xactimate
- Experience using CoreLogic is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience creating estimates in Xactimate
- IICRC Certifications are an asset
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Have the ability to work overtime, if needed
