**NORTHERN PROJECT COORDINATOR**

Denver Property Restoration is looking to hire a new member to our team. We are a 24-hour emergency response company, with our focus on the restoration of fire, flood, wind damage, sewer backups and site remediation to properties within Winnipeg and remote communities. We pride ourselves on helping to restore a home or business to its pre-loss condition and strive to maintain a reputation for excellent work and customer service.

We are looking for a customer-focused, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn and grow. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to ensure that internal and external performance indicators are met, required documentation is completed and is accurate, and job progress timelines are kept on track for multiple files.

**Typical duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Manages and completes file analysis to large loss project files. Ensures all tasks and key points are completed within timelines (quotes completed, estimate sent, and project completion).
- Meets with Project Manager to review approved quoted files. Ensures all photos, sketch, measurements, Work Authorization, Service Contract and applicable deductible or deposit payments are obtained.
- Runs weekly reports to ensure all information within DASH is complete and up to date (dates, client / customer information, projected invoice values, etc.).
- Is responsible for all aspects of the file’s documentation and timelines. Ensures all copies are uploaded to the Z drive. Types of documents include, but are not limited to:

- Purchase orders
- Change orders
- Sub contractor charge backs
- Receiving employee end of day reports with photos
- Material sheets
- Equipment sign out sheets
- Sub trade quotes/invoices
- Cheque request form
- Work authorization signed
- Certificate of completion signed
- Hazard assessment form is completed
- Pricing Material Sheets
- Assists Project Managers with the entry of Xactimate sketching and line item estimating.
- Ensures that all Denver invoicing and job costing is complete for Project Manager sign off.
- Completes Denver proposal estimate booklets for large loss projects.
- Ensures Company, Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are being followed.
- Assists President, Project Managers and Construction Managers administratively as needed.
- Additional duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a strong construction background in both residential and commercial building.
- Must have a good understanding of building techniques and materials
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings for material ordering
- Have a good understanding of ordering material and shipping logistics when dealing with remote communities.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and solve problems quickly and logically.
- Have a good understanding of workflow/scheduling of labor and materials.
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office, Outlook, DASH, Xactimate, Xactanalysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid Manitoba drivers’ license and able to provide criminal background and child abuse register check.
