**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute renovation plans accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to support foundation repairs or new construction projects.
- Handle plumbing and electrical tasks in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Execute construction painting, caulking, and restoration work to improve or refurbish existing structures.
- Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials needed for various projects.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards throughout each phase of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, renovation, or related fields with a strong understanding of building processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, masonry tools, and other construction machinery.
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques as well as flooring installation methods including tile laying.
- Experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, carpentry including cabinet installation, and restoration work preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of renovation work.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks that may include lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Valid

Pay: $16.00-$77,262.06 per year
