We work directly with a number of stakeholders: (HBA/MBA/MSc) applicants, students, alumni, talent professionals within organizations, other external facing teams at Ivey and faculty. **Responsibilities**: **Responsibilities** - **Responds to student and recruiter inquiries in regards to recruiting questions, interview conflicts, resume database, attendance at events, posting at Ivey, etc. seeking input and information from Career Management sub-teams when necessary to ensure questions are being answered accurately**: - **Coordinates corporate information session logistics (approx. 60-120/year) maintaining communication with recruiters for preferred timing, location details, ensuring there is no overlap with other bookings, advertising sessions to student groups, updating firms on registration numbers**: - **Coordinates with Western Connect office for any sessions where firms are inviting both Ivey and main campus Western students, resolving event conflicts for both recruiters and students by working with a diverse client base that includes students, recruiters, IT, and other areas within the Ivey community**: - **Creates job postings and ensures they are posted to correct student and alumni targets (approx. 2000-2500/year)**: - **Administers interview logistics (approx. 175-250/year)maintaining communication with recruiters regarding preferred timing, building interview schedules on-line, notifying students and forwarding finished schedules to recruiters, resolving conflicts as required; all on a strict daily timeline**: - **Maintains open communication flow to pertinent individuals of the Career Management department regarding recruiting processes and daily events (e.g. providing daily interview summaries (firms and interview schedules), shortlists required, job postings outstanding)**: - **Follows up with the Corporate Recruiting Managers to make sure all recruiting information is correct (e.g. interview dates)**: - **Acts as a backup point-of-contact for recruiting partners when Corporate Recruiting Managers are traveling or unable to respond to recruiter inquiries, making timely decisions as required (e.g. catering changes, information verification, and guidance regarding on-campus recruiting activities)** **Education** - **2 year diploma from recognized community college, preferably in Business Admin** **Experience** - **4 years customer service or client facing role** **Why Western?**: Consideration of applicants will include an assessment of previous performance, experience, and qualifications.
