London, Canada Black Fly Beverage Company Full time

Black Fly Beverage Company is a fast-growing producer of spirit-based beverages with a manufacturing plant in London Ontario, sales teams and retail distribution throughout Canada. This position is at Black Fly’s London Ontario head office and will be full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Arranging shipping and receiving schedules
- Working with Production Planner and customers to make sure product is received and shipped on a timely manner
- Preparation of shipment documents
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks in the warehouse
- Coordinating with other departments to make sure all paperwork is thoroughly managed
- Other office admin tasks such as filing, etc
- Assist with monthly duties as required

**Qualifications/Skills**
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in a Logistics Admin role
- **Extremely organized and detail oriented**:

- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Microsoft Business Central an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
