Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation
Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Journey Design & Development:
- Translate marketing strategies and business requirements into effective, automated customer journeys.
- Implement testing strategies within journeys to continuously optimize performance.
Campaign Execution & Automation:
- Schedule and monitor campaigns, ensuring timely deployment and troubleshooting any issues.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate technical details and campaign performance effectively to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Journey Builder.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step customer journeys.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) required to collaborate with stakeholders in Quebec, Ontario, and across the United States.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
