Responsibilities of a Key Holder/Supervisor
- Ba able to open (6am-3pm) or close (11am-7pm), daily cash handlig, food prepping, organizing, cleaning, managing staff and developing menus
- Brew coffee., Prepare coffee beverages., Serve customers., Prepare food., Create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Greet & interact with guests, take orders using the POS program
- Receive and process payments & Handle cash, online orders, pre-orders and specialty orders
- Prepare and serve food and beverages from our menu itmes
- Stocking, organizing, cleaning following the daily inventory tasks and cleaning tasks
- Working with kitchen team by cleaning dishes, bussing, execute daily cleaning
- Light laundry and cleaning bathrooms
- Execute quality espresso drinks using the equipment provided
- Keeping cafe clean, taking garbage out, receive orders, and execute training
- handle day to day operations such as: inventory, ordering, receiving
- Communicate knowledge of coffee beans with guests and team
- Be able to execute the following: latte art, machine dialing and maintenance, pour-over, french press, cold brew
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness throughout the cafe
- Quality control of all beverages/ drinks
- Food Safety Level 1 is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.50-$22.00 per hour
