Morning Front Desk / Key Holder – Elevation Fitness

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Position: Customer Service + Facility Opening Lead

Elevation Fitness is looking for a reliable, energetic, early-rising team member to lead our morning operations. As the Morning Key Holder, you'll be the first point of contact for our members—setting the tone for a clean, welcoming, high-energy environment each day.

What You'll Do

  • Open the facility promptly at 4:30 AM and ensure all areas are ready for members
  • Greet members with positive, professional energy
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support member needs
  • Manage front desk duties: check-ins, membership inquiries, phone calls, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Give tours to prospective members and assist with sign-ups
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and gym floor
  • Support juice bar preparation and service
  • Monitor gym activity and uphold facility policies
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

  • Previous customer service experience (fitness setting is a bonus)
