For **Barista/ Key Holder**, we are offering 20$ an hour and the role is as listed:

- Dialing the grinders, espresso machine, pour-over, cold brew, drip
- 1+ year experience as a barista required
- Communicate knowledge of coffee beans with guests and team
- Be able to execute the following: latte art, machine dialing and maintenance, pour-over, french press, cold brew
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness throughout the cafe
- Quality control of all beverages/ drinks
- Food Safety Level 1 is required
- Operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing excellent customer service, supervising cleaning staff, and keeping the store clean and organized
- Key holders will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As a team leader, you will delegate tasks and motivate a positive working environment to offer quality food and beverage and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for acting in accordance with rules and principles.
- Key holders will communicate information to the general manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a positive working environment for the team.
- Provides feedback to store manager on other team members’ performance during their shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
