At WINGS Abbotsford, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking Host/ess + Expo to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you will set the tone for their experience from start to finish.

As a Host/ess + Expo, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In addition to greeting and seating customers, you’ll also assist with food expo duties, ensuring dishes are presented and served promptly. You will be responsible for managing the flow of the dining room, taking care of customer needs, and assisting the service team as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring smooth seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials or promotions
- Assist with food expo duties
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries, including reservations or special requests
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, ensuring a great guest experience
- Support the service staff as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
