Title: IT Manager

Location: 7300 Keele Street, Vaughan

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-5pm

**Salary**: $75,000 -90,000 annually __________________________________________

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Create a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with ET Transport’s business objectives, ensuring that technology initiatives drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain and Optimize IT Systems: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing IT systems, including fleet management software and solutions, to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
- Lead Technology Projects: Manage technology projects from inception through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting predefined performance metrics.
- Implement IT Security Protocols: Establish and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safeguarding the organization against potential threats.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Service Providers: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that all IT solutions meet company standards and contribute to overall operational goals.
- Analyze Data for Operational Improvements: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive operational improvements and inform decision-making processes across the organization.
- Oversee User Support for IT-Related Issues: Develop and manage a user support system to address IT-related issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring that employees can effectively utilize technology resources.
- Day-to-Day Troubleshooting Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for daily IT issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruption to operations and maintain productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
