At KP Building Products, we have a simple goal: To provide the best experience to all our customers. We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** for our Milton order desk.

**Duties**:

- Entering sales orders, responding to customer concerns and processing returns
- Managing customer accounts as assigned
- Determine opportunities for new sales
- Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines
- Reception duties, including : answering incoming calls and general inquiries, ordering supplies, processing and distributing inbound and outbound mail.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Customer-centric
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
