**Position Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our client interactions, assisting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience through attentive and professional service. We’re seeking individuals with strong communication skills who are excited about building lasting client relationships and are committed to upholding BIG’s standards of excellence in client care.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track interactions.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- RIBO Licenced
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Ability to achieve individual performance targets consistently.
- Experience using CRM systems for managing customer information.
