**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- A business degree or diploma and/or a technology degree or diploma. An equivalent combination of education and experience would be acceptable.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

**Essential Functions**:

- Prepare and review quotations, formal proposals and contracts.
- Organize and document contracting and proposal activities.
- Participate in negotiations and review contractual terms and conditions as required.
- Prepare and/or review contractual modifications, extensions and closeout documents.
- Ensure all contract related documents are filed in accordance with departmental standards.
- Participate in special projects as required.
