L’équipe de St-Hubert est actuellement à la recherche d’un coordonnateur technique. Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire technique, le coordonnateur organise les tâches d’une équipe de 3, qui sont en charge des procédés de fabrication et de la maintenance des équipements et du bâtiment.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Coacher et coordonner les tâches de l’équipe technique.
- Concevoir, ajuster et optimiser les procédés de la ligne _Through Hole_ et_ Surface mount technology._
- Être responsable de la coordination des programmes de maintenance des machines et du bâtiment.
- S’assurer que les procédures de maintenance sont à jour.
- Porter assistance aux problèmes de qualité.
- Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
- Identifier les risques de santé et sécurité et suivre les projets pour les éliminer.
- Participer aux réunions de divers services pour la mise en production ou l’amélioration des produits.

**HABILETÉS ESSENTIELLES**

**Formation**
- DEC ou BAC en Génie mécanique, électronique, production automatisée ou expérience équivalente

**Qualifications et expérience**
- Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle en lien avec les procédés, l’amélioration continue ou/et de la maintenance d’équipement
- Avoir été un minimum d’un an dans un rôle de coordination d’équipe ou de leadership
- Connaissance du procédé de fabrication de cartes électronique (Atout)
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement _LEAN_ et d’amélioration continue (Atout)
- Habilité à résoudre des problèmes techniques
- Habileté en informatique
- Anglais, français
