The Customer Repair Advisor works with the customer, insurance adjuster and the Technicians to repair vehicles ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
**The Job**:
- Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
- Interact with customers and understanding their requirements
- Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
- Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
- Estimate the cost and the time for the repair/up-gradation of the vehicle
- Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
- Take telephone inquires and queries of customers
- Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products
