As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and helping them with their automotive service needs. This includes scheduling appointments, explaining repair, suggesting upgrades and maintenance options, and providing estimates for service, parts, accessories and repair work. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

**As part of our team, your duties will include**:

- Provide excellent customer service to walk in customers
- Book customer vehicles in for service
- Communicate all feedback regarding service orders and diagnosis results from technicians
- Selling and up-selling service recommendations and any additional parts or accessories
- Customer billing
- Maintaining impeccable record keeping through DMS system
- Receiving payments from retail customers
- Maintaining department cleanliness
- Minimum 2-years worth of experience in a Service Advisor role within a dealership or automotive supplier
- Experience with Chrysler brand an asset
- Superior customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with PBS and Collision link and multipoint an asset.
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.

**Compensation**:

- Full time position 4 day work week, 10 hours
- Extended health
- Vacation time
- Competitive wage based on experience

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
