**Responsabilités**
- Opérer les machines et autres équipements de production de manière efficace et sécuritaire.
- Lire et interpréter les plans et dessins techniques pour comprendre les spécifications.
- Effectuer des contrôles de qualité pour s’assurer que les produits répondent aux normes requises.
- Assembler les composants conformément aux spécifications et participer à la planification du processus de production lorsque nécessaire.
- Maintenir des dossiers précis sur la production et la performance des machines.
- Effectuer l'entretien de routine sur les machines et résoudre les problèmes au fur et à mesure.
- Une expérience avec les chariots élévateurs est un atout, mais non requise.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour optimiser les processus de production et améliorer l'efficacité.

**Exigences**
- Expérience en opération de machines.
- Bonne connaissance des processus et normes de contrôle de qualité.
- Compétences de base en mathématiques pour les mesures et calculs liés aux tâches de production.
- Expérience antérieure dans un environnement de fabrication (atout).
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Forte attention aux détails et respect des protocoles de sécurité.
- Volonté d’apprendre de nouvelles compétences et de s’adapter aux technologies en évolution.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate machines and other production equipment efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Assemble components according to specifications and assist in planning the production process when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Experience with forklifts is an asset but not required.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with operating machinery.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
