We're looking to hire a Machine Operators for the Day Shift

**What you will do**
- Ensure that equipment is ready at production start-up or that equipment is correctly shut down disassembled prior to wash.
- Replace roll stock and feed into the machine.
- Observe setting and speed, adjust to achieve proper seal, gusset and speed. Advise team leaders if there are any malfunctions with equipment that would require an intervention from maintenance.
- Make sure that equipment and work area are always kept clean.
- Check products for basic quality defects and advise Team Leader if needed.
- Ensure that (GMPs) are respected at all times and report any irregularity or deviance to team leaders and/or supervisors.
- Suggest any corrective measures to team leaders or production supervisors, if needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- One to two years of experience as a Machine Operator
- Bilingual French and English in order to serve our external customers
- Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Knowledge of HACCP & SQF
- Ability to think proactively and act immediately to resolve issues
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
