We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Machine Operator Role duties**:

- operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing high-quality products
- set up of machine, including handling and changing circular blades
- loading rolls of tapes, help of automatic crane for logs over 70 lbs
- cutting the rolls also known as converting
- unloading rolls of tape
- manually packing items into boxes
- quality check of the cut merchandise
- can operate forklift
- daily machine cleaning
- regular machine maintenance
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- any other assigned tasks assigned by management

*A 5-day side
- by
- side training will be given by management

**Working Conditions**:
Monday to Friday - no nights, no weekends

8-4:30 pm day shift with one half hour lunch not paid, 2 x 15-minute paid breaks

Ability to grow within the company - ask our Warehouse Manager how he grew in the past 10 years

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating various types of machinery
- Knowledge of programming machines is a plus
- Familiarity with forklift operation and crane usage
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Minimum of 2 years relevant warehouse experience
- Relevant machine operator experience is an asset

- Ability to communicate in English or French
