**Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**PRIMARY**
- Meet monthly conversion goals for lead to consultation to treatment
- Oversee the patient/customer support processes and organize them to enhance their satisfaction
- Demonstrate luxury service and next-level patient care
- Maintain patient security and confidentiality
- Manage patient information and ensure data is accurate and complete in the system
- Manage physicians’ schedules to maximize booking efforts
- Educate patients and potential patients of clinic value and offered services
- Organization and collection of patient forms prior to consultations/treatments
- Work collaboratively with physicians to provide educational consultations using superior patient care and attention to patient needs. Qualify patients, ensure enough time is spent with patients, all patient questions are answered and diligent follow up is completed for each consultation
- Prepare and provide treatment quotes to patients
- Schedule all appointments
- Facilitates bookings in coordination with the office manager to ensure facility is operating in a fiscally responsible means
- Ensures patients receive all required instructions and packages after booking treatments
- Responsible for being the liaison between patient and practitioners with recommendations, prescription changes and inquiries.
- Responsible for chart review for upcoming appointments, ensuring all results are in prior to appointment.
- Responsible for documenting patient discussions (appointment, inquires and all other patient interactions).
**SECONDARY**
- Manage A/R reports and ensure billings are not missed
- Work with manager to schedule staff as needed
- Oversee appointment reminder system to ensure reminders are being sent out
- Develop new strategies to improve patient care and patient flow through the processes at the clinic
- Suggest idea and strategies for new SOPs for patient co-ordination role as well as other roles in the clinic
**TERTIARY**
- Assist with inventory management when needed
- Assist with front desk during vacation/time off
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility and multitasking ability
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly
- Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Empathic, compassionate demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
