Greet and check in patients as they arrive at the dental office

Schedule and confirm appointments for dental procedures

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Manage patient records and update information in the dental office system ( Dentrix, Recallmax.)

Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims

Collect payments and provide financial information to patients

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role in a medical or dental office is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and paperwork efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and billing processes
