**Experienced Server - The Raven Room**

The Raven Room is a locally owned and operated bar that values an inclusive, positive work environment, strong team dynamics, and work-life balance. We’re looking for an **Experienced Server** who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to provide exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience**: Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of our food and cocktail offerings to confidently guide guest choices and upsell effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the front-of-house and bar teams to ensure seamless service and a supportive work environment.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent The Raven Room’s values and vibe to guests and the broader community.
- **Cleanliness & Efficiency**: Keep service areas tidy, organized, and up to operational standards throughout each shift.
- **Problem Solving**: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong wine and cocktail knowledge is a necessity.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
