We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. You will manage a talented team, control inventory, create seasonal cocktail menus, and ensure exceptional service standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and bar staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Develop, implement, and update seasonal cocktail menus with unique and innovative drink options.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Oversee daily cash flow and sales reports.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Organize and oversee special events and promotions at the bar.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Lead Bartender, or in a similar role in a high-volume environment.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventories, and staff schedules.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
