We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Bartender** to join our team at Rimrock Café. If you love crafting cocktails, connecting with guests, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is your chance to shine in one of Whistler’s most iconic dining destinations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, and spirits with precision and flair
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking and setup
- Assist in creating and suggesting seasonal cocktails and drink specials
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Help with inventory counts and supply orders as needed
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support fellow staff during busy shifts

Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
