Data Entry Clerk / Shipment Release Desk

Permanent / Full-Time hours 35-40 hours a week

Benefits after 3 months.

Hourly: $18hr (Paid Salary)

(Mon-Fri)

Location: Mississauga

1. Follow up with clients/internal departments on any required details to ensure everything is in order.

4. Constantly updating requests/inquires daily in the system

5. Other administrative duties as required.

6. Main front desk serving Customers/Drivers coming to pickup shipments.

7. Invoicing customers, collecting payments, handling cash.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Basic knowledge or experience in the Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Logistics industry preferred.

2. Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. Applicants may need to perform a words per minute test

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent English a must.

4. Extremely high attention to detail.

5. Ability to excel in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment

6. Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Our services includes: Destuffing, Trucking for both full containers deliveries (FCL) and LCL deliveries, air inbond and export shipments (Huna is registered shipper in the air cargo security program) and logistic services.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
