About The Role:
Reporting directly to the VP of Production, this important role is responsible for brewing exceptional and consistent quality beer in accordance with JCB specifications. You will be responsible for brewing a wide variety of both JCB and partner beers/styles. You will work in a small team and collaborate with other teams as required to ensure a great end-to-end product.

This role is permanent and full-time and offers a competitive salary based on experience, company health benefits and team profit sharing

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Brew and or mix provided recipes based on weekly brew plan
- Handle cellaring and filtration of products when assigned
- Manage and updated brewing records in accordance with brewhouse policies
- Clean and maintain brewing equipment
- Maintain and keep current, product knowledge of JCBC and customer products
- Work with team to identify areas of improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Brewmaster post secondary education preferred
- 2-3 years minimum brewing experience at a busy small to medium sized brewery
