**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of beer production, from recipe formulation to packaging.
- Manage daily brewhouse operations, including milling, mashing, fermentation, conditioning, and filtration.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring consistency, flavour balance, and adherence to high standards.
- Develop and innovate seasonal and specialty brews that complement our fine dining menu.
- Maintain brewing equipment and ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, order supplies, and manage production schedules.
- Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and management to align beer offerings with food pairings and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and government regulations (CRA, AGCO, etc.).
- Train and mentor junior staff or assistants within the brewing team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Brewmaster, Head Brewer, or Senior Brewer in a craft brewery or brewpub.
- Strong knowledge of brewing science, techniques, and quality assurance practices.
- Hands-on expertise with brewing systems, fermentation vessels, and cellar management.
- Ability to design and scale unique recipes that highlight creativity and consistency.
- Familiarity with excise regulations, record-keeping, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for craft beer and dedication to delivering a premium guest experience.
- Diploma or certification in Brewing Science or related field

Pay: $38,927.36-$67,772.63 per year
