Bandit Brewery is hiring a brewer.

You will work as part a passionate team of brewers and will be trained on all aspects of the manufacturing process: brewing, barrel aging, cleaning and sanitizing, lab measurements, cellaring, yeast management as well as packaging.

At Bandit Brewery, we are team of passionate brewers, and have a strong focus on New England IPAs, Sours, Mixed Fermentation and barrel aged beers. We have a site a 10bbl brewhouse, 10 fermenters, a canning line, bottling equipment, approx. 50 barrels, and quality measurement equipment.

Employee benefit package available after 3 months of employment.

Ideal minimum requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of brewing experience
AND/OR
- Formal brewing education, homebrewing experience or scientific/technical background (an asset)
- Organize and maneuver full kegs weighing 90 pounds.
- Frequently lift and move up to 55 pounds (malt bags, hops, tools).
- Work irregular hours if needed
- Ability to use Google Drive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
