**About the Resident Manager/Assistant Resident Manager opportunity**:
**Maintenance Champion**: Own the maintenance and repair process of the property including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

**Resident Ambassador**:Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2 years’ experience as a superintendent, janitor or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.
- Basic proficiency with Computers.
- Well-developed English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned to meet business requirements.
- Strong problem-solver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
