**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing (management) and new (onboarding) customers, members of the management team and other stakeholders.
- Manage international spot and supply agreements and grow existing partnerships by identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
- Support new potential international market opportunities, complete research on the prospective partner’s business and/or market needs.
- Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFP) requests for information (RFI).
- Coordinate with internal Planning and Supply Chain teams to source, and secure product for spot market and supply agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs by facilitating internal coordination and controls with Quality, Finance, Brand, and Procurement.
- Work with the international business development team to prepare proposals, quotes and process customer orders.
- Maintain department budget, forecast and sales reports.
- Understand and maintain an in-depth understanding of our customers business, and internal processes, to optimize service and create accurate business plans, projections and forecasts.
- Maintain detailed customer records and provide status reports and needed.
- Prepare and share weekly reports to provide updates on the status of international sales, working with the finance team to analyze the costs and revenue.Provide after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.

This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.

Your Experience:

- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in account management, preferably with a B2B emphasis on international customers
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, cannabis, tobacco, pharmaceutical, or liquor is a benefit.
- Previous experience with EUGMP requirements is an asset.

- Ability to work with different cultures and across multiple time zones (potential for early mornings and later nights).

Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain a security clearance.
