Our clinic offers advanced diagnostic services including blood testing, DEXA body composition scans, ultrasound, ECG, and VO2 max testing. We are a growing, multidisciplinary team committed to proactive and personalized care.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
- Label, document, and prepare blood specimens for lab transport and processing
- Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly to ensure patient comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in all phlebotomy areas
- Track specimen collection and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Support clinical staff with other duties such as ECG prep, measuring vitals, and basic administrative tasks when needed
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive patient experience

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a recognized phlebotomy training program
- Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset
- CPR certification is an asset
