Are you passionate about basketball and skilled in sales? Ball Lab is looking for a **Sales Representative** to help grow our training programs and camps

**What You’ll Do**:

- Sell and promote our **basketball training & camps**:

- Connect with parents, players, and schools
- Drive revenue through partnerships and outreach
- Attend basketball events & represent Ball Lab

**Responsibilities**

**1.Sales & Outreach**
- Promote and sell **basketball training programs, memberships, and camps**:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers (parents, athletes, schools, teams)
- Develop relationships with local **schools, clubs, and community organizations**

**2.Customer Relationship Management**
- Engage with parents and athletes to **understand their training needs**:

- Provide detailed information about Ball Lab’s **programs, pricing, and benefits**:
**3.Marketing & Event Participation**
- Attend basketball **tournaments, school events, and sports expos** to promote Ball Lab
- Assist with social media marketing by **sharing success stories and promotions**:

- Work with the team to create **special offers, referral programs, and partnerships**

**4.Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking**
- Track and report **sales numbers, outreach efforts, and customer feedback**:

- Meet or exceed **monthly/quarterly sales targets**:

- Maintain records using **CRM software or spreadsheets**

**Requirements✔ Sales & Communication Skills**
- **1-3 years of experience** in sales, customer service, or sports marketing
- Strong **negotiation and closing skills**:
**✔ Basketball Knowledge & Passion**
- **Understanding of basketball training & development** (preferred but not required)
- Ability to connect with **athletes, parents, and coaches**

**✔ Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven**
- Ability to work independently and hit **sales targets**:

- Strong **organization and time management skills**

**✔ Tech & Marketing Experience (Bonus)**
- Experience with **CRM software, Google Sheets, or sales tracking tools**:

- Familiarity with **social media marketing & digital promotions**

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Base salary + 10% commission**:

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
