We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Medical Lab Assistant or Phlebotomist** to support on-site health and life insurance medical exams at **Amani Travel Clinic** in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will assist with the collection of medical data and biological specimens required for insurance underwriting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately complete medical history questionnaires provided by insurance companies, following their specific formats and guidelines
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse
- Record physical measurements such as height, weight, chest, and waist circumference
- Collect urine and blood samples in accordance with standard protocols
- Ensure accurate identification, labeling, and documentation of all specimens
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and safety standards
- Conduct exams on-site at Amani Travel Clinic in Vancouver, BC

**Qualifications**:

- Certified medical laboratory assistant or certification in phlebotomy
- Proven experience in blood and urine specimen collection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Access to basic medical equipment (e.g., blood pressure cuff, scale) is an asset
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using electronic forms

Pay: $28.00-$29.00 per hour
