BENNETT POWERSPORTS is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team in Oshawa Working with the Management team, your job will be to manage and handle all incoming sales leads, along with generate new leads from various social media platforms.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:

- Following the sales process (greeting, qualifying, product presentation, etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Creating and managing of personal marketing strategies via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, etc.)
- Understanding customer needs and providing them with a complete solution to any concerns, including financing options, product warranty, etc.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Manages customer concerns and problems in a prompt manner.
- Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.
- Obtaining deposits and balancing payments from clients.
- Ensure website inventory listings are up to date.
- Ensure a clean and professional-looking showroom, including effective display, organization, and cleaning of units.
- Additional duties as assigned.
