Our brewery and taproom are located here in quaint downtown Welland, ON along the recreational canal. All beers are brewed onsite and our taproom offers rotating taps, crafty cocktails, wines and a creative food menu. **Responsibilities**:

- Equip yourself with a variety of knives.
- Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
- Have knowledge of standard cooking techniques.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welland, ON L3C 1H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
