We're looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared safely in accordance with health regulations
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service
  • Keep a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
  • Assist with inventory, prep work, and closing duties as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
