**Position Overview**:
The Content and video Production Assistant supports the production team by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks with a focus on creating engaging visual content aligned with the brand.

**Working Conditions**:
Hybrid work model, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position will be expected to work on-campus a minimum of 2 days per week or as required based on business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the production process, including setting up equipment, lights, props, and planning schedules, locations, and talent.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the production team, photographers, videographers, and designers, to achieve project goals.
- Assist in post-production activities, including video and photo editing.
- Review and copywrite content for quality standards and alignment with the company's creative vision.
- Establish and maintain a digital asset library, including the archive.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the visual storytelling process.
- Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in photography and videography or a related field.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of post-production stages, video and audio editorial processes, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of current photography and videography trends and techniques.
- Capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and be solutions focused.
- Ability to work independently and with the team and to prioritize multiple projects.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Excellent technical skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with video and photo editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Ability to create and be detail-oriented.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
