Disability Support Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- **Client Outreach and Marketing**: Actively engage in bringing in clientele by coordinating outreach efforts, including door-to-door interactions, social media management (e.g., Instagram), and other advertising strategies. Utilize creative marketing approaches to increase awareness of our FSCD and PDD programs.
- **Front Desk Management**: Serve as the welcoming face of Safehaven, managing calls and inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of FSCD and PDD services.
- **Vendor Relations**: Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and fostering positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- **Team Support and Coordination**: Coordinate team schedules, organize meetings, and plan office events to support collaboration and morale.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain a structured, efficient office environment, implementing filing systems and managing supplies with attention to detail.
- **Budget Support**: Contribute to budget management by tracking office expenses and supporting financial reporting.
- **Administrative Communication**: Ensure efficient communication across departments, facilitating timely completion of administrative tasks and effective promotion of FSCD and PDD programming.
- **Clerical Support**: Perform essential clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management to support daily operations.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Demonstrated ability to effectively promote disability support services through strategic marketing efforts.
- **Experience with FSCD and PDD Programs**: Background in office administration within organizations supporting FSCD and PDD clients, with a deep understanding of the services and regulations involved.
- **Front Desk Proficiency**: Skilled in front desk operations with strong phone etiquette and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- **Vendor Management**: Familiarity with vendor relations and contract negotiation.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
- **Budget Awareness**: Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting is an asset.
- **Team-Oriented**: Collaborative and adaptable, able to work both independently and within a team.

- Valid Police vulnerable sector check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
