Anipet Animal Supplies is a leading Distributor of Pet Food and Supplies that has been family owned since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced **Team Leader
- Food Department **to join our team in our South Surrey warehouse. We are passionate about our people and our mission of Inspiring Leadership and Building Community within our team and among our customers.

- Starting rate of $27.50 per hour minimum

- Forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs. comfortably is a requirement
- Energetic and highly organized
- Strong ability to lead and train your team
- Problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- First Aid Level 1 or higher

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of our Weekend Team
- Opening and Closing of Warehouse
- Assist in order preparation including packaging, skid building, wrapping and processing paperwork
- Meeting and exceeding daily performance targets
- Operation of materials handling equipment including forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack
- Use of warehouse scanning software and inventory management software
- Coordination of Work Load for Team
- Paperwork Approval
- Prioritizing of Orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
