**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to ensure profitability and effective resource allocation.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in retail management.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee cashiering operations and ensure accurate transactions using POS systems.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong background in team management with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in cashiering practices and POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
