MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

ACMS Ultrasound Ltd is currently seeking service-oriented and caring individual to provide receptionist duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To book all required Imagingappointments.
- To prioritize and complete task according to urgency knowledge of RIS and PACS computer software.
- Demonstrate courtesy to patients, staff, and physicians.
- Patient care focused and able to accommodate patients on short notice.
- Able to adapt to needs of clinic.
- Self-motivated and direct, excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective team member and willing to support all clinic employees.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Able to travel between clinics.
- Ability to type 40- 50 wpm
- Strong computer skills
- Able to problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment

**Education and Experience**:

- Medical Office Assistance Certification
- Grade 12 diploma
- Medical terminology

**Scheduled Hours of Work**:
Days, Evenings and Weekends

**Job Types**: Full-Time

**Salary**: $16.00 /hour

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
